Mum Creates Incredible Gaming Feature Wall For Her Son apos;s Bedroom
An Australian mum with a creative flair has shared how she made a Nintendo Switch gaming feature wall for her 11-year-old son's new bedroom.
The feature replicates the look to the popular gaming console that can be played in both a handheld mode and on a television screen.

The 36-year-old said the project only cost $100 to build as she already had most of the supplies and power tools at home.

'We had just built his bedroom and I wanted to give him a "wow" factor as it was the first time he had his very own bedroom after sharing with his brother,' she told FEMAIL.
Katie said she has always been a 'very creative artist' and has previous experience in furniture restoration through the small business she runs with her cousin.
The project was not only inexpensive to complete but also took six hours to build and paint.

The whole feature was built using timber and was made to fit around the television screen.
'I made and painted the entire thing myself; the hardest part was soaking the thin timber sheeting to get it to bend and wrap around the frame without cracking or breaking it,' she said.
The replica buttons and control sticks were also made from timber that she cut into circular shapes.
Katie said her son was 'so excited' when she revealed the finished product and saw it on his bedroom wall.
